I am an experienced integrated counsellor dedicated to providing support and guidance to individuals of all ages. 

With a background in teaching, spanning 25 years, I bring a wealth of holistic understanding and empathy to my counselling practice. As a member of the Ïã¸ÛÁùºÏ²Ê¾«×¼×ÊÁÏ, I adhere to its ethical framework and am committed to ensuring the highest standards of professional practice and care in my work. I aim to create a warm and safe space where you can confidentially express yourself, knowing that you will be heard and understood without judgement. 

I know that life can become challenging, overwhelming or numbing; often following unexpected experiences such as bullying, trauma, loss and grief. 

I specialize in trauma therapy, offering a compassionate and supportive approach to help individuals navigate through their emotional struggles. I am here to provide you with the tools and guidance needed to heal and grow from within. 

I also specialize in children and young person's therapy, using a range of practical interventions to ensure the best outcome for each young person.

I work with neurodivergence, bullying at school and in the workplace, current and past traumas, phobias, weight issues, self-harm, obsessive compulsive disorder, self-confidence issues, life changes, menopause, redundancy, grief and loss. 

I offer both online and face to face individual counselling sessions. Face to face sessions are held in Farnham and Basingstoke.  All sessions are 50 minutes long. I offer an initial free 20 minute phone call and my fees are £60 per session thereafter. I do offer some discretionary concessions on asking.
