About me and my therapy practice

Hi, I’m Michelle,  a qualified and registered member of the Ïã¸ÛÁùºÏ²Ê¾«×¼×ÊÁÏ (Ïã¸ÛÁùºÏ²Ê¾«×¼×ÊÁÏ). I specialize in helping women who feel stuck, burnt out, or disconnected from themselves—particularly those recovering from emotionally abusive relationships.

I understand how deeply past experiences and relationships can impact your sense of self and your emotional wellbeing. That’s why my approach includes working with the nervous system, helping you regulate and restore balance after the effects of trauma, chronic stress, or emotional exhaustion.

Using a blend of trauma-informed practices, inner child healing, nervous system regulation techniques, and Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT), I provide a safe, supportive space to help you heal at both emotional and physiological levels. Together, we’ll rebuild your self-worth, establish healthy boundaries, and empower you to step into the most confident version of yourself.

Practice description

I have a beautiful therapy space at the Whitstable Yoga and Wellbeing centre in Whitstable Kent. 

I work both in-session and online to suit my clients needs. 

My first session

Our first session is 50 minutes, this is an assessment session, which we complete together and focus on the support and outcome that you need.
