For UK clients: I work over Zoom and WhatsApp and as I am 5 hours behind you on (EST) I am just getting caffeinated by 1pm your time (GMT). This gives me a lot of flexibility to work late into your evening - great if you are a night owl, on shift work or have trouble sleeping.
About me and my therapy practice
To move forward in life and feel better tomorrow than yesterday we often need to let go of something, It can be hard to know what that is, particularly if it is a thought, belief or behaviour that kept you safe in the past. I help you identify what is getting in the way of what you want to feel or achieve now, so you are empowered to decide what changes you want to make to create the life you desire.
Practice description
I am a Therapeutic Life Coach living in the USA. I provide on-line coaching for US residents and both therapy and coaching for UK and other non-US residents. I am also available for in person coaching at two locations in Cincinnati. I am in the Eastern Time Zone (like New York) so please be mindful of any time difference when calling or awaiting a response.

My first session
Before you begin working with a coach or therapist its important you have some time to get clarity about what you want to achieve, your level of commitment, time availability and financial expectations. I therefore offer a free 30 minute session where we meet online or by telephone so we can get to learn a bit about each other and decide if we would like to work together. I will also advise you if I feel you may be better served by working with another practitioner.
