About me and my therapy practice

I am an integrative Counsellor/Psychotherapist who values each client’s unique story. I understand that discussing painful or embarrassing topics can be challenging. Using a Person-centred approach, creating an empathic and non-judgmental space for exploration to help the client feel heard and understood.

Attachment-based psychotherapy can explore personal beliefs and self-esteem, and clients can examine patterns in their emotional regulation and behavioural responses to others and themself. With over ten years of training in complementary approaches, I specialise in trauma and attachment work to support those seeking to make sense of their past and its impact on their present relationships.

I have experience supporting individuals through issues like identity, infidelity, sexuality, sexual abuse, trauma, PTSD, and negative childhood experiences. I also work with those affected by recent diagnoses, ill health, and autism spectrum conditions, including ADHD. I aim to foster insight and healing by exploring personal challenges with curiosity. Understanding and addressing past experiences can help you grow and shape your future.
