Availability
I have availability during the week and at weekends, but do not offer sessions after 4pm. Please let me know your availability when you get in touch and I will see what I can offer you.
About me and my therapy practice
Are you feeling anxious, lost or depressed? Are you finding interactions with other people difficult or confusing? Have you recently lost someone or something important to you? Do you wonder when you will feel like 'yourself' again?
Perhaps I can help you. I can provide you with a comfortable and friendly space to explore things you might not be able to talk about with others. I will listen compassionately to anything you wish to discuss, without judgement, and offer you the opportunity to challenge and explore the beliefs that might be making life difficult. We all have a past and when that past encroaches on the present it can prevent you from leading the life you would like, but it is always possible to change this. We all need a bit of help sometimes and counselling can provide you with shelter from the storm, and a weekly opportunity to build up your resources ready to face life's challenges.
If you have any questions about how it all works, feel free to email me. I know that making this decision can be hard but my aim is to make this process as easy as I can for you.
