I am working face to face in Walthamstow E17 and Haggerston E8.

About me and my therapy practice

I believe we can all benefit from having a space to be ourselves, where we don't have to pretend. A space where we are truly seen and heard with empathy and without judgement.

I offer a healthy balance of empathy and challenge and a warm, friendly, jargon free space, where we can explore whatever you're finding painful or challenging. My purpose is to help you help yourself.

My approach is based in Gestalt Therapy and I work with adults over 18 on an individual basis.

Practice description

Together we will explore your thoughts, feelings and behaviour's in the present, which can reveal what may be unfinished from your past. Raising awareness in this way can help you make choices with more clarity, giving you the energy to reconnect to yourself and others.

Some issues that I work with but am not limited to, are:

Working with creatives and the creative process, and issues of identity, intersectionality and the effects of racism and adoption.

I offer an initial 20 minute chat by phone, so we can discuss how we might work together and get a sense of each other. I believe the co-created relationship between therapist and client is the foundation from which healing and growth can take place.

What I can help with

Abuse, Anger management, Anxiety, Bereavement, Cultural issues, Depression, Identity issues, Loss, Relationships, Self esteem, Sexual identity, Stress, Trauma, Women's issues, Work related issues

Types of therapy

Gestalt, Humanistic, Person centred, Phenomenological, Relational
