About me and my therapy practice
I am an experienced integrative psychotherapist based in Clapham North, SW4. I trained for six years at the Minster Centre, one of Europe's foremost integrative training organisations, where I earned an MA in Integrative Psychotherapy and Counselling. Prior to this I completed a BA in English Language and Literature at Oxford University.
Throughout my career, I have worked with a diverse group of clients facing various challenges, including: anxiety, depression, social withdrawal, anger, compulsions, complex family dynamics, feelings of being stuck and questions of meaning and purpose. I also address issues related to relationship and sexual difficulties, sexual identity and intersectionality.
Before establishing my private practice I provided counselling at the Albany Trust, an organisation dedicated to improving the wellbeing of the UK’s LGBTQ+ community, with a particular focus on relationships and sexuality.
I am a full clinical member of the UK Council for Psychotherapy (UKCP), and a registered member of the British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy (Ïã¸ÛÁùºÏ²Ê¾«×¼×ÊÁÏ). I adhere to their ethical principles and good practice standards.
Practice description
In my practice, I offer a relational approach, providing a warm, empathic and supportive environment for my clients. I see therapy as a collaborative process rather than a prescriptive one, trusting in our innate capacity for healing.
Integrative psychotherapy combines various therapeutic models including psychodynamic, humanistic and body psychotherapy, allowing the approach to adapt to the unique needs of each client. With the right support we can all find fulfilment and meaning in our lives.
I believe our relationship patterns - how we connect with ourselves and others - are shaped by early attachments, family systems and the broader cultural context. Psychotherapy offers a valuable space to cultivate more enriching relationships - with ourselves, and others.
Over the years, I've come to appreciate the body's wisdom in the healing process, especially in recovery from trauma. As a result, I primarily conduct sessions face-to-face as I believe that fully embodied psychotherapy provides a richer and more transformative experience

If you’re interested in learning more, please feel free to reach out via phone or email. I’d be happy to arrange a 15-minute telephone conversation to discuss your needs before our first meeting.
The next step would be an initial in-person consultation, where you can experience how I work, and I can learn more about what brings you to therapy. My fee for all sessions is £75. If we decide to work on an ongoing basis, I offer weekly sessions that last 50 minutes each.
