About me and my therapy practice
I offer a safe, trusting, confidential space to reflect and make sense of where you are and the difficulties you are experiencing, with the view to gaining a greater depth of personal awareness and inner strength.
Therapy allows you to talk about how you are feeling, whether this be about relationships, work or life in general. I practice psychodynamically and consider therapy to be a process of self-discovery and growth.
In our weekly sessions together we can explore your thoughts and feelings in order to facilitate change and enhance your wellbeing.
