About me and my therapy practice

Are you looking for someone to listen and truly understand your story to help you make sense of your life? I offer confidentiality, respect, compassion and acceptance whilst coming to understand you and how you wish to make changes in your life. I provide a safe space for exploration of your experiences in a collaborative manner, at your pace and depth. Being trained integratively, I am able to draw upon a variety of theoretical knowledge and therefore able to tailor my approach to your individual needs.
