My practice is located in central Glasgow, overlooking Gordon Street.
My office is located 50 metres from the main entrance to Glasgow Central Train Station.
Open throughout 7days, I work mornings, afternoons and evenings.
Glasgow Queen St Train Station and Buchanan Bus Station are 5minutes walk away.
Close by there are plenty of private and metered parking for cars and motorbikes, including an NCP car park and if you decide to 'Park and Ride', then Buchanan St Subway exit, and St Enoch's Square Subway exits, are equidistant and 2mins walk from my office.
About me and my therapy practice
I am a qualified integrative therapist, counsellor and coach. My training has covered reflective psychodynamic practice right through to modern CBT techniques.
An integrative training means that I am a psychotherapist who doesn't approach your presentation with a "one size fits all" philosophy.
Having worked in acute medicine for over 20years, I focus on trying to make progress with clients and patients in a comfortable but expedient way.
A 'shift' in mood, or perspective, which ultimately makes ourselves happier, or more at ease with our thoughts, is my ultimate goal.
No contract is required at my clinic. I prefer to work on an as-and-when basis, and this seems to work very well for my clients. Some like coming in every week,
but there are advantages to making visits more, or less often, like twice a week, or twice a month.
I encourage clients to keep a diary and reflect on their journey, but this is not mandatory; and sometimes an email through the week is useful preparation for the next session.
My practice serves the general population of the surrounding city, which includes visible and non-visible minorities.
I receive my own therapy and my own supervision through the week. This is particularly important for a therapist as it enables me to speak about my working and client sessions with seasoned, experienced practitioners.

Ïã¸ÛÁùºÏ²Ê¾«×¼×ÊÁÏ
Happy to meet for an initial consultation at my one hourly fee.
Introductory sessions are face-to-face and last approximately 60-90minutes. This initial session cost includes a comprehensive assessment of the client's presenting case, a medical history review and getting you set up on the system.
Zoom, Whatsapp Video, Google Talk, Skype or Facetime (or a simple phone call) is possible but face-to-face is preferable when meeting at first.
If a client is more comfortable with emailing an introduction about themselves, including a little bit of information about their background and their thoughts on therapy, they can contact me this way, to get started.
