About me and my therapy practice

I am a Person Centred integrative therapist who works with all emotional difficulties in a mindful and compassionate way . I have a profile on Psychology Today which will inform you in more detail about my way of working .

Practice description

I believe that when we experience difficult times in our lives it can leave us feeling lonely and vulnerable.

Seeking help and support during those times can be life changing .

Kindness and compassion will underpin all my interactions with you from our first contact .

My first session

I offer a 20 minute initial consultation free of charge to enable you to ask any questions about therapy you may have.

My sessions last 50 minutes with 10 for reflection :1hour in total .

We will discuss anticipated sessions at the start and review as often as necessary.
