About me and my therapy practice
I am a qualified Integrative Counsellor supporting Adults and Young People through Counselling on their journey to improved mental health. I provide a safe, comfortable, non-judgmental and confidential space for individuals to explore their emotional well-being. I offer therapeutic interventions using a range of skills and knowledge and strive in supporting each individual to achieve their goals
I ensure you are at the centre of your care at all times and work collaboratively with you adopting various therapeutic modalities including Person Centered, Transactional Analysis, Psychodynamic and CBT.
