Are you looking for someone to talk to?
Finding the right therapist can feel overwhelming, but it’s important to find a good fit. Whether you’re dealing with recent trauma, life challenges or unresolved past experiences, I’m here to offer support.
With a number of years experience, I specialize in helping adults work through childhood trauma, domestic and sexual abuse, PTSD, anxiety and depression. I also work with parents/caregivers whose children have experienced sexual abuse, offering guidance and support during these challenging times. I provide a confidential safe space where you can freely explore your concerns in a warm and non-judgemental environment.
Practice description
I use a person-centred approach, which means I focus on your unique needs and perspective. My integrative model allows me to tailor different therapeutic techniques to best support your growth and healing. My approach means I work alongside you to understand your perspective and the challenges you face.
Clients have reported increased self-awareness and confidence, as well as a greater ability to recognize unhelpful thought patterns and make positive changes in their lives.

I have availability to work with supervisee's both in-person and online.
About me and my therapy practice
I hold a certificate in Clinical Supervision including Online and Telephone working. I work with both qualified and trainee Counsellors.
As with therapy I believe that the basis of good supervision is the building of the relationship between supervisee's and supervisor. I will work collaboratively with supervisee's to enhance their relationships with their clients as well as identifying the individual needs of the supervisee.
I have experience managing a counselling service providing practical and clinical support to counsellors on placements or volunteering, as well as those in private practice.
Within my own work experience I have worked with adults impacted directly or indirectly by child sexual abuse, trauma, domestic and sexual violence and coercive control.
I offer a person-centred supervision, using the Hawkins & Shohets seven-eyed model of supervision.
Individual supervision fee's £50 per hour.
