I am flexible with my approach and offer 30min sessions for those who struggle with concentration or memory impairment.
I also offer 2 hour sessions for those who prefer to utilise block sessions and take more time to get into a flow of opening up and don't like to be restricted to a 50min session.

My have a private, welcoming building for face to face practise and offer online sessions if you feel that would be beneficial.
About me and my therapy practice
Welcome to page. I’m glad you’re here, as it means you’re taking a significant step toward understanding yourself and improving your well-being.
Life can be overwhelming, and many of us struggle with relationships, feelings of isolation, and the relentless cycle of overthinking. I understand these challenges deeply, as I have navigated similar emotions myself. The journey to self-awareness and emotional resilience has taught me valuable lessons that I now share with my clients.
In our work together, I aim to create a safe and supportive environment where you can explore your thoughts and feelings without judgment. I believe that by recognising and addressing the issues you face—whether it’s shutting down, withdrawing from loved ones, or feeling disconnected—you can begin to make meaningful changes in your life.
My approach to counselling is grounded in empathy and understanding. I will help you connect with your emotions, identify patterns in your behavior, and develop strategies to foster confidence and calmness. Together, we will work towards grounding you in the present, allowing you to build more fulfilling relationships and navigate life’s challenges with grace.
Change is possible, and I am here to support you every step of the way. Let’s embark on this journey together toward a more connected, confident, and grounded you—both personally and professionally. Your path to healing and growth starts here.
Practice description
Therapy isn't about quick fixes, or instantious solutions. It's a deep, meaning process filled with compassion and accountability to help you connect to yourself. We work to rediscover all the strengths that lie within you and provide you with the toolbox to create the life you know you truly deserve.
Life can feel really hard and our inner critics can convince us that we are a problem, that we are the only ones that feel like this when feeling confused, weak or like a failure. Believe me- you are not alone. And I can assure you, there is nothing wrong with you. However strongly you feel there might just be!
We will explore patterns and cycles that are hiding you back. Compassionately look at how they once a upon a time may have been useful but no longer support you and explore better ways of living and connecting to be the most authentic and fulfilled version of yourself.
My first session
I offer a 15 min free consultation to ensure we are a good match for each other and I'm the right couple to help you. After that we begin our first session that will go over contract, boundaries and client centred assessment, this is completed verbally together and I do not ask my clients to complete any unnecessary paperwork.
