About me and my therapy practice

Hi, thank you for clicking on my profile at, what I'm guessing, is a time in your life which isn't so easy. I understand that getting in touch might feel like a huge step, but please call or email if you feel I might be able to help. 

Being able to express sometimes deep rooted distressing life experiences and feelings to an experienced, empathic psychotherapist can bring about real and rewarding life changes. Finding a safe and supportive environment to voice our deepest difficulties and unhappiness to someone, who will listen carefully without judgement, can help us towards gaining a greater understanding of ourselves, our lives and relationships. I believe that, with the right support, we can live a more meaningful and fulfilled life, free from the weight of our anguish and distress. 

Sometimes exploring your thoughts and behaviour patterns can be enough to help you become aware of the negative impact they may have on your emotions, relationships and experience of life. It is my belief, that once we gain an understanding of our 'go to' thoughts and behaviours which seem to work against us, we can begin to work towards meaningful changes. Together we can work to help you find the strategies which will help you cope better in  situations you find difficult, frightening and perhaps impossible.

My approach is integrative which means I draw on different theories and ways of working to help you gain insight into, and understanding of yourself and your life experiences. My aim is always to help my clients process and work through whatever may be causing them to feel stuck, anxious, depressed and distressed towards a more contented sense of self and more fulfilling life.  

Practice description

My experience includes working with people suffering from anxiety, depression, trauma, difficult life transitions, bereavement and loss, low self esteem, and relationship problems including those characterised by coercion and narcissistic traits. I have a particular interest in helping those experiencing anxiety and anxiety related issues, such as panic attacks, generalised anxiety disorder, health anxiety, social phobias and low self-esteem. I offer a warm, professional and confidential space for you to explore the aspects of your life which are having a negative impact on the way you feel about yourself, your life and relationships.

I offer individual counselling and psychotherapy for people aged 16 years and over. I offer appointments either on zoom, or face to face in a private counselling room in East Molesey. You can park free of charge directly outside. If you come by train, I'm a 15 minute walk from Hampton Court train station.

My aim is to make therapy affordable and accessible, and to be able to offer it to as many people as possible. So, if you feel counselling might help you and money is tight, I can adjust my fees depending on your financial circumstances. I also offer reduced rates for students (16 years old and above) and trainee counsellors.


My first session

Initially, I offer a free 30 minute consultation either on the phone or by zoom. This will give you the chance to tell me a bit about yourself, your life and concerns. We can also work out if we will work well together towards bringing about the changes you hope for. I'll also be happy to address any questions you may have.
