About me and my therapy practice
As a Humanistic counsellor, I work with a range of theories depending on what you bring, integrating the theories for an individual approach. The relationship we build will be vital to the outcome that you achieve, using strong foundations to create a safe and honest environment for exploration, change and growth. I believe that each person is an expert in their own wellbeing and our relationship will allow you to explore the choices you have for your future.
Practice description
Some clients want to look at specific areas of their life, whether this is working on their confidence, anxiety, fears, past trauma or relationships with family and friends. But many clients will arrive not really knowing where to start. All they may know is that they are not happy and feel unable to find a way out. By working together, we will put all the clues together to allow you to find the right path to take for a more fulfilling future.
My first session
We will have a free 15 minute phone call or online meeting so you can meet me and decide if you would like us to work together.
