I am a MÏã¸ÛÁùºÏ²Ê¾«×¼×ÊÁÏ registered Integrative Therapist with experience of working with the NHS and also with individuals experiencing a range of difficulties relating to their emotional and relational wellbeing. I am trained and have experience in a number of specialist psychological models; such as CBT, Psychodynamic, Person centred, Attachment theory, TA, Choice theory and trauma-informed approaches.
I have experience of working with people experiencing low mood and depression; panic and anxiety; low-self esteem; Grief and loss and relational difficulties. I offer a confidential and safe space and will work collaboratively with you to find opportunities for improved ways of coping and ways to reduce your distress.
Practice description
I offer face to face therapy and also telephone and online sessions. It can also be arranged for home visits (This can be discussed and arranged).
I am Integrative Therapist, that means, I specialise in CBT, Psychodynamic and person centred approaches. I also have knowledge of many other modalities meaning I can tailor the session to suit the clients needs best. I also incorporate positive psychology into my practice.
I offer a free 20 min assessment before we start therapy either by phone or videocall to answer any questions you may have and to talk about the issues you want to explore. This is also helpful for you to be able to decide if you feel comfortable working with me, I find it really important that the client feel's happy to be able to work with me for the therapeutic relationship to be beneficial.
I understand starting therapy can be dauting, Therapy can be hard at the start, messy in the middle and beautiful at the end, helping you to think clearer and put positive coping mechanisms in place.
