About me and my therapy practice

You might be navigating various emotional landscapes, such as anxiety, depression, relationship issues, self-esteem struggles, life transitions, or addiction. I've dedicated 18 years to the addiction field and become a psychotherapist in this time, working with individuals facing varied challenges.

My first session
I offer a free 15 minute telephone consultation to help me understand why you're reaching out and to answer any questions you may have. During this conversation, if we agree that we can work together, we will arrange our first session.
The first session is focused on getting more details about the issues that have brought you into counselling and the agreement of working together.
