About me and my therapy practice
People are carrying around all sorts of painful thoughts, feelings and emotions which has become their normal, it doesn't have to be that way. Life and the problems that arise can seem confusing even overwhelming particularly at the moment.
If you are struggling with making sense of what you are feeling counselling may begin to help you to understand what is going on for you. Or maybe you are living with uncertainty, anxiety, attachment issues, low self-esteem, relationship issues or have endured a trauma during childhood or as an adult.
Whatever is making you feel empty, incomplete, dissatisfied or anxious let's explore these feelings together in a safe space so that you don't have to be afraid of these feelings any longer and you can learn to create a new normal.
Practice description
I'm a qualified, fully insured integrative counsellor which means that I am able to tailor your sessions to suit your needs. I work with a range of issues including attachment and anger issues, relationship and childhood issues, anxiety, depression , low self-esteem, stress and work, grief and help with finding your next steps forwards to name but a few. I work with both adults and teenagers over the age of 16 across a range of issues.
I work both in person and online and I am able to offer some evening and Saturday morning appointments as well. Appointments last 50-60 minutes

In order to address any fears, doubts or questions that you may have I offer a free 30 minute no obligation consultation.
We can talk through your experience and you can decide if counselling is right for you.
Making the decision to come for counselling can be daunting but I am here to guide you through the process so that we can explore 'this' together.
