About me and my therapy practice
Sessions can be in person or remotely - video, phone or chat.
Ideally initial sessions should be weekly and less frequently as you become more comfortable working outside of the therapy sessions using the exercises and notes provided.
All sessions are paid for in advance.
There are no cancellation fees.
Practice description
Manage, anxiety, stress, depression, anger, addictions more effectively that many other forms of therapy using parts psychology.
Work on the parts of you that you want to change such as :
A People Pleasing Part, Procrastinating Part; Self Soothing Part (addictions); Angry Part; Rebellious Part; Critical and Demanding Part of self and others (the list goes on).
Anything that you are doing that you want to change can be worked through using parts psychology.
The aim is to be more SELF led so less reactive (less fight / flight / freeze / fawn) and more proactive in your life. In other words you are living more consciously aware of your inner "system" and are able to manage your subconscious in healthier ways.

My first session
Prior to the session you will be sent a comprehensive document to read that outlines the terms and conditions (confidentiality, data protection etc).
In session we will complete a contact document in case of an emergency and data gathering re any medical conditions, etc.
We will then discuss your presenting issues and start to explore the "parts" involved in the issue you wish to change.
