About me and my therapy practice
It is ok to not be ok. Life is challenging and I am here to help.
You might be feeling anxious, overwhelmed or indecisive; possibly struggling with low-mood or a sense of purposelessness; maybe you've received some bad news, or are wrestling with an addiction.
I am a fully qualified, masters level (MA Psych, PGDipPsych) integrative psychotherapist, based in West and North-West London, specialising in person-centred, psychodynamic, and cognitive-behavioural therapy.
I have a breadth of experience in supporting clients with working through uncomfortable and distressing feelings such as:
- anxiety, social anxiety and panic attacks;
- depression and feeling sad;
- stress;
- relationship problems and family issues;
- grief and bereavement;
- disordered eating;
- sexuality and sexual concerns;
- low self-esteem and self-confidence;
- anger and communication issues;
- addiction; and
- phobias.
We will work together in a warm, non-judgemental and confidential space. Over time you will move away from conflict and suffering; finding greater understanding and meaning, and making better choices.

I work relationally and proactively, providing a non-judgemental space where you will be heard and understood. The environment is collaborative, and I will offer insights and possible solutions to your dilemmas.
Through talking therapy you will start to understand and process feelings which you, or those around you, might have ignored. As you discover and articulate those feelings, your levels of emotional well-being will rise, your relationships with others will improve, and your professional potential will increase.
