My first session
In the first session, we'll begin by reviewing the agreement sent to you following your initial assessment. From there, we will identify and clarify your goals and values. As a counsellor who prioritises your needs and preferences, you have the autonomy to guide the pace of your 50-minute session. Towards the conclusion of our session, I'll inquire if you'd like to schedule another appointment for further support.
