I am qualified integrative counsellor and have experience in working with a variety of issues like trauma, anxiety, depression, identity and relationship problems, chronic health conditions and parenting challenges. I am passionate about supporting autistic and ADHD clients and regularly work with this client group. I can help you to understand and make sense of your feelings and relationships, explore your potential and strengths, and support you to move forward in your life.

I offer a confidential space in which you will be heard and embraced as the person you are whilst exploring who you want to be. I am an integrative counsellor which means I draw from different theories and skill sets as I believe it is essential that the therapy is right for you and what you need.

My specialism lies in supporting ADHD and autistic clients and I have extensive experience and training in this area. I  am a neurodivergent sensitive and LGBQT+ affirmative therapist.

I work relational, which means I believe the therapeutic relationship is an important foundation to develop a space to grow and change. In sessions with me, you will be heard, accepted and not judged for who you are. I want to get to know you and hear your story as well as your dreams, goals, hopes and aspirations.

I aim to make my practice accessible and inclusive, adapting sessions to my clients' needs and choices. We will work together collaboratively, go at your speed and you will be in charge of what you want explore.

Online and on the phone sessions (50 mins long.):

Individual sessions for adults (+18) are £60

I offer compassionate and professional supervision where you will be supported in your practice and client work; whilst being positively challenged and encouraged to develop and grow as a professional and ethical counsellor.

I have a specialism in supporting ADHD and autistic individuals and often work with this client group. I have extensive training in this area and also have facilitated ADHD and autism awareness training for fellow counsellors. I often work with neurodivergent supervisees as well as counsellor who are looking for support in working with this specific client group. 

I have worked with a variety of client issues, especially trauma, anxiety, identity and relationship problems. I engage in regular CPD training and my own supervision of supervision. Additionally, I teach the CPCAB level 3 at a college.
