About me and my therapy practice
Are you feeling a bit lost and stuck, fearful, confused or unhappy but you're not sure why?
Perhaps you're finding it hard to connect in a relationship, or to find any connection with other people.
You might have lost someone or something very important to you, and you’re not sure how to make sense of the loss, how to adjust to it, or understand where you fit in life.
Maybe you're struggling at work or just not coping with what life throws at you.
Working with a counsellor/therapist can really help to unravel confusing thoughts, feelings and uncertainties. It can help to give new perspectives on how you live your life now, and how to recognise and make change to support your hopes for your future.
I'm passionate about supporting you as a client to deepen your self-awareness, to help you find your own voice, that you might share your story without fear of judgement or consequence.
I aim to support you in tuning into yourself and out from the noise of life, finding a way to express your uniqueness. I hope to help you grow in your relationship with yourself, as well as with others.
I'm warm, welcoming, respectful and I offer a safe, positive environment for clients to be heard and to be themselves.
Working closely and collaboratively with you at a pace that suits you, I aim to help you to explore and gently challenge your thinking and feeling in support of you learning more about yourself and feeling more ready and confident to make change now and for your future.
If you're looking for a calm and confidential space to think and make sense of your own unique story, I'd love to hear from you.

My first session
Contacting counsellors and arranging a first meeting can feel like a huge step, so it’s important to feel at ease with a counsellor and with the process.
You are welcome to contact me to arrange;
A free 20 minute confidential telephone or Zoom call - to talk about what brings you to counselling. I will share with you how I work and answer any questions you might have about me or the counselling process.
Face to Face /Online Sessions
Sessions are 60 minutes long.
In our first session we will look at aspects of our counselling contract to discuss how we might best work together, whilst leaving plenty of time for us to start talking about you and what you need from our sessions together.
