Practice description
Individual Counselling - I have experience working with clients from all walks of life, including those who have experienced abuse, anxiety, bereavement, bullying, depression, discrimination, and trauma. I have also worked with clients struggling with intercultural adjustment, relationship issues, self-harm, and workplace bullying.
Couples - I have helped clients navigate issues such as infidelity, communication breakdowns, differences in sexual desire, and parenting styles. I believe that couples counselling can also be a valuable tool for couples who are looking to deepen their connection and understanding of each other.
Psychosexual Therapy - I provide a safe and welcoming space to address the complicated parts of your sex life. It can help you identify and work through sexual challenges such as low sex drive, pain during sex, difficulty having an orgasm, and more. If there is a possibility that your issue has a physical element or you need a physical examination, I will suggest a referral to an appropriate medical professional.
Here are some of the sexual issues I work with: anxiety around performance, delayed ejaculation, difficulty with erections, difficulty with orgasm, lack of arousal, loss of desire, low or loss of libido, pain during penetration, premature ejaculation, sexual dissatisfaction and vaginismus.
