I'm a Ïã¸ÛÁùºÏ²Ê¾«×¼×ÊÁÏ Accredited counsellor supporting adults, children and young people experiencing challenging or anxious life events.
My approach is empathic, safe and non-judgemental. As an integrative Psychotherapist, I offer a blend of humanistic therapies including Gestalt, Person-Centred and Transactional Analysis, tailored to your individual needs.
Practice description
I have additional training in Polyvagal theory as well as Internal Family Systems.
My focus is on helping you understand why you may be struggling and support you to make healthy changes. I'm experienced in working with relationship or family difficulties, adverse childhood experiences, trauma, bereavement and loss, separation and divorce, low self-esteem, anxiety (incluing panic disorder), depression, over-thinking and OCD.
Our work may include using creative and psychoeducation tools .
My first session
I offer an initial free chat on the phone for you to see how it feels to talk to me and answer your questions. At our first session, I gather information to tailor our work and stay focused on your aims for therapy. I work at various times during the week both face to face as well as online. I look forward to hearing from you and reply to messages promptly.
