About me and my therapy practice
I work face to face, online, at the telephone and I am trained in and have been providing Walk and Talk therapy with clients for the last 6 years who may benefit from working using the outdoor environment for sessions.

I work in a Pluralistic way, using integrative therapy methods, exploring your issues and finding ways by working together for you to live a more fulfilled life.
Practice description
Anxiety, Hopelessness, Anger and Fear can impact all areas of our lives and uncertainty around the future can be extremely difficult to manage in our day to day lives. I work with you towards gaining a better understanding of how you can cope and look towards a more hopeful way to navigate day to day.
I adapt my practice depending upon my clients needs which are varied. Everyone is unique and you will find in me someone who does not judge you. We will find ways of working together to help you understand your feelings and issues, finding ways to live your life in ways which you can accept, make changes which you feel need to be made and find a balance to the challenges you may face.
I have specialist experience in working with clients who are living with Cancer and family/friends who are providing support and feeling anxious about the future.
My first session
Our first session together will be a get to know each other session, this will usually last for the full 1 hour which includes a brief review of your free initial assessment ( this is completed at the telephone/email or text, usually lasting up to 15 minutes, which we will arrange when I reply to your initial enquiry, there will be no fee for the initial telephone assessment). We will discuss what brings you to counselling and any pressing issues you may have before agreeing to work together. It is important that we understand and feel that we are both comfortable to work with each other for your best interests going forward.
