About me and my therapy practice
*For accessibility needs: my room in Peckham Rye is up a flight of stairs, but I do reserve some remote sessions if this - or geography/working hours - is a barrier.*
Sometimes we can feel as though we are never fully seen or heard. Therapy can offer a chance to change that.
You may be exploring therapy because of a specific long-term problem, a crisis, or a more general sense of wanting to understand yourself, and grow. I am here to see you as the individual you are, to listen to you without judgment, and to support you as you work through challenges past and present.
It can be very powerful to feel acceptance and empathy from someone who has no vested interest in your interpretation of your life, and any decisions you make.
We are all influenced heavily – but not irreparably – by our past. I recognise inequality and oppression make change challenging, but believe that in the right circumstances, it is possible for everyone. I offer a confidential space, in which I support you to untangle what you are feeling – whether around past events or current difficulties.
Practice description
I am a qualified integrative counsellor, and I am a registered Ïã¸ÛÁùºÏ²Ê¾«×¼×ÊÁÏ member. I have experience of both short and long term work, across a wide range of issues, ages and backgrounds. I have worked in a variety of settings, with a broad spectrum of clients and issues.
I believe in the power of the therapeutic relationship to bring about change and growth, to provide grounding in a crisis and to help understand and manage the painful emotions you may be feeling.
My first session
Contact me if you're interested in exploring therapy with me. If we agree to go ahead with a first session, I will send you a contract covering issues such as confidentiality to review and sign, along with my privacy notice detailing how I manage your personal data. We would use the time and space in our first session to explore your history, what brings you to therapy, and the professional boundaries around the therapy.
You may decide you want to commit to a limited number of sessions, or you may prefer a more open-ended approach: either is possible, and I will be led by your needs. Either way, we will regularly review our work to check how you are finding the experience.

About me and my therapy practice
I am passionate about the importance and power of supervision, to ensure that as therapists we are supporting our clients to the best of our abilities, whilst also keeping a check of our own wellbeing and training needs. As a supervisor, I work with individuals and groups, including fellow therapists and other professions. Supervision can be agreed at a frequency and duration which works for you. I work flexibly and as in my therapy practice, am led by your needs, bringing in an integrative and collaborative approach.
My cross-profession supervision support is aimed at organisations and individuals who may have a need for emotional support, containment, processing and consultation due to the nature of their work.
Practice description
I trained to be a supervisor through a BPS approved course, covering a range of theoretical approaches and bringing my own experience of many different types of supervision - and my life and work experience beyond the therapy field.
I offer what is known as the formative, normative and restorative framework. This means I help identify and suggest ways to meet development needs; give guidance and scope to discuss best practice/ethical questions; and provide emotional support, which might look like helping a supervisee review how they are looking after themself. Alongside this, I work with the 'seven-eyed' supervision model which looks at all the relationships within a piece of therapeutic work, and the context it is taking place in.
I work flexibly, largely by Zoom but can offer some face to face sessions where helpful or come into the workplace. I also offer 'guest supervision' - time-limited or adhoc supervision sessions when you may be in a well-established supervision set-up but be keen to seek different perspectives and insight.
I have a special interest in offering cross-professional supervision, in the form of consultative support, if you or your organisation is involved in high pressure, emotionally demanding work. This could include law, medicine, care, education, utilities, policing. Contact me if you want to discuss how I can help you and your organisation.
My first session
As with therapy, a supervision contract is agreed at the start of working together. We would use your first session to outline your current practice and supervision needs, and decide if I am the right fit for you. Supervision sessions last one hour, longer times can be arranged, and are advisable in the case of any groups.
