About me and my therapy practice

Sometimes, life can feel overwhelming, leaving us uncertain if we have the energy or skills to handle its challenges. Stress and anxiety might take over, making it hard to see a way forward. I’m here to support you—offering a safe, confidential space where you can share your experiences and begin to explore how you’re responding to life’s events. Together, we can work toward creating a clearer, calmer experience that helps you rediscover confidence in your ability to cope.

Practice description

I have a very broad experience working adults and young people, face to face at my clinic on Lewes High Street. I also work with clients who prefer the flexibility of sessions online.

Alongside Private Practise I am a therapist for Wellbeing in the Arts and previously worked as a school and college counsellor for YMCA Dialogue and as an honorary counsellor for St Peter and St James Hospice.

Previous to my counselling training I worked as a musician and music teacher. I still enjoy being a musician.

I hold a Post-Graduate Diploma in Humanistic Psychotherapeutic Counselling and am registered with the British Association of Counselling Practitioners (MÏã¸ÛÁùºÏ²Ê¾«×¼×ÊÁÏ)

My first session

I strive to be flexible and find the best way to work with each person, adapting to their unique needs and communication styles. This might include creating a sensory-friendly environment, using symbols or art materials, or exploring movement and body-based techniques to support our work together.
