Hello. I am a fully qualified counsellor and an accredited member of the Ïã¸ÛÁùºÏ²Ê¾«×¼×ÊÁÏ. I practice an open, pluralistic form of counselling that can be adapted to the unique needs of each client, as no two people are alike.

Practice description
I will work collaboratively with you to assess your preferences, needs and expectations, in order to create an effective therapeutic approach for your concerns. Counselling may be long-term or short-term. Usually, short-term, time-limited counselling will be more structured and goal-oriented.I will do my best to facilitate any reasonable adjustments that you may require due to difference or disability.
My first session
Please contact me to arrange a free initial telephone consultation. In this consultation I would ask you for some background information about yourself and what you're hoping to get from counselling, and you would be able to ask me any questions you have. This usually takes around 20-30 minutes. After this, you can decide whether you'd like to book your first full appointment.
Appointments may take place either by phone or Google Meet video, and will last for 50 minutes, unless an alternative session duration has been agreed upon. Appointment times and frequency are mutually agreed. This depends on my availability and what would work best for you. Please do not feel you have an obligation to continue working with me if at any stage you feel you need to discontinue sessions for any reason.
