About me and my therapy practice

I work in Private Practice within my home, and offer a warm, empathic safe space where you can share your thoughts and feelings confidentially with me without the fear of being judged.

Together, we will work to explore your world and I will help and support you along the journey. It may seem daunting asking for help; discussing your most personal, painful life experiences with what seems like a stranger. I am here to help you develop an insight in to why you feel the way you do and together we can make you feel understood, supported, safe and validated. Call me for a free consultation.
