About me and my therapy practice
Life can be hard. When faced with feelings of overwhelm, anger, sadness, grief or pain, it can be very daunting to reach out for support. You've taken the first brave step in recognizing you may need help. Whether you're looking for help with your self-esteem, cultural and racial identity, difficult relationships, family dynamics, addictive or obsessive behaviors, past trauma, history of abuse etc, talking therapy can help.
Practice description
The foundation for counseling is based on a good therapeutic relationship. My intention is to offer a safe, non-judgemental space for us to explore your challenges together. I understand the stress of everyday life and how overwhelming it can get.
Often, the goal of therapy is to shed light on our thoughts, behaviors and patterns and explore the potential for something better. My work is relational and aims to make clients feel less alone in their self-exploratory journey.
I have worked with large multi-national corporations and many frontline workers during the pandemic.
I offer low-cost counseling to frontline workers.
My first session
I offer a free brief initial conversation so we both have the opportunity to see if we would be a good fit. If we agree to continue with sessions, I would complete an initial assessment in our first session. I look forward to hearing from you.
