We will create realistic and achievable goals and set targets, enabling you to see the progress of your achievements at each step of your journey.
Together, we will build on your strengths, helping you to improve your confidence and self-esteem, whilst you gain greater self-awareness, using the tools you already have acquired.
We will explore your challenges, and what motivates you, which will enable you to keep focused.
Collaboratively, we will create new perspectives to make positive and meaningful changes to your life.
We all have the potential for growth and change, I can support you in making those changes.
Practice description
Life Coaching is focused on personal development and personal change. It is a proactive way of working collaboratively with individuals by helping to improve the performance of specific tasks and enhance the quality of life.
Life Coaching helps you to re-balance and explore conflicts hindering your ability to move forward with your life.
My first session
At our first meeting, I will talk to you about the way I work, you will also have the chance to ask me questions. I will then ask you to tell me a little bit about yourself and what you are hoping to achieve from Life Coaching.
Collaboratively, we will begin working on an Action Plan to begin your journey.
