About me and my therapy practice
Hello, I'm Susanna. Are you struggling to accept some change in your life? Maybe you feel as though you have ‘lost your way’ and just need space to sit with someone who will listen and empower you to find direction again, without judgement or advice?
Perhaps you are experiencing symptoms of anxiety/depression or feel consumed by negative emotions following a traumatic event or circumstance?
Whatever it is that is causing you emotional pain, I will journey with you as we gently explore it to find a way forward that is right for you.
For 12 years I have had the honour of supporting clients through addiction, relationship breakdown, loss, trauma (past and present), workplace stress, adverse childhood experiences and many other issues that can affect any of us in our lifetime.
My Integrative approach means that I will meet you in ways that reflect your individuality and uniqueness.
I will bring genuine warmth, honesty and acceptance as well as my belief in your personal ability to reach your own potential and I will strive to empower you to have the same belief in yourself through a safe and trusting therapeutic environment.

I am currently only able to accept new supervisees online.About me and my therapy practice
Ïã¸ÛÁùºÏ²Ê¾«×¼×ÊÁÏ
I am a Relational Integrative Psychotherapist and I have been trained in the Seven- eyed model of Supervision (Hawkins and Shohet, 1985).
I am able to offer one-to-one supervision to qualified therapists for between 1 and 1.5 hours. I can also offer supervision to therapists in training at a concessionary rate.
I adhere to the Ïã¸ÛÁùºÏ²Ê¾«×¼×ÊÁÏ Ethical framework.
Practice description
I offer a safe and supportive environment where you can explore your client work, address ethical issues and emotionally challenging situations in a non-judgemental and nurturing space.
The relational aspect of my work with supervisees is central to my practice. Feeling held, heard and validated as therapists is fundamental in supervision, as it is the basis of what we seek to offer our clients.
Having spent 10 years teaching on counselling courses, I particularly enjoy supporting trainee therapists during their supervised practice.
My first session
Our first session together can be online or telephone and gives us both the opportunity to decide if we feel we are a good match.
