About me and my therapy practice

Sometimes life is hard and can feel difficult.  You may feel sad or low or simply unsure of what is happening for you.  Or you may have experience a major trauma or bereavement.  At times like these, talking to someone who will listen in a non-judgemental and supportive way can be very helpful.
