I currently have availability within my private therapy practice, Life Force Trauma Healing for in-person and online therapy sessions. I also have spaces available on my upcoming Trauma Healing workshop (29th November - 1st December 2024) and EFTMRA Practitioner Training workshops (April 2025). (Emotional Freedom Technique) I will also be training people up to Level 1 of Intention Tapping Online 2025.

I am dedicated to helping individuals overcome the profound effects of trauma, including childhood trauma, co-dependency, and a wide range of addictions from alcohol and drug addiction to Process addictions such as sex addiction, gambling, love addiction and love avoidance, and spiritual blocks. My approach integrates both traditional therapeutic methods and cutting-edge energy psychology, creating a holistic path to healing and personal success.

With an MSc in Addiction Counselling and Psychotherapy, I bring a strong foundation in evidence-based approaches to addiction and trauma recovery. Additionally, I am trained in Post-Induction Therapy, a powerful model developed by Pia Mellody at The Meadows, specifically designed for healing and resolving developmental and childhood trauma. As a certified EFT Trainer and Energy EFT Master Practitioner, and Intention Tapping Practitioner and Trainer I utilise tapping, acupressure techniques and the power of the Unconscious mind/Higher Self to release limiting beliefs and emotional blocks.

My expertise also includes Matrix Re-imprinting, combining EFT with inner-child work and the Law of Attraction; Attunement, a spiritual healing practice that fosters connection with one's radiant Spiritual Self; and Sparkle to Success, an energy-clearing modality designed to heal trauma and elevate your vibrational state. As a Gaia Master/Teacher and Gaia Eternal Light Healer, I guide clients towards deep spiritual transformation. 

Based in Sandgate, Folkestone, I offer a supportive and nurturing environment for individuals seeking healing and personal growth. My practice includes online therapy sessions, allowing for flexibility and accessibility, as well as in-person sessions and training for those who prefer face-to-face interactions. I am also willing to travel to meet clients and deliver tailored workshops.

In addition to individual therapy, I regularly host EFT workshops in Sandgate, where participants can learn effective techniques to release emotional blocks and limiting beliefs, and Gaia Eternal Light Healing Workshops. I also facilitate Trauma Healing workshops in Deptford, London, providing a safe space for healing and transformation. My approach integrates traditional therapeutic methods with energy psychology/healing creating a holistic experience tailored to each individual's needs.

In the first session I include teaching you Intention tapping in a basic form, so you have a self-help technique you can begin using immediately. My first session is an hour long. Further sessions are 50 minutes each.
