I'm an experienced MSc qualified Cognitive Behavioural Therapist offering clinically proven, research-led cognitive behavioural based therapy 

Extensive experience treating; generalised anxiety, health anxiety, performance anxiety, panic disorder, depression, insomnia, intrusive thoughts, OCD (including HOCS and POCD), phobias, eating disorders, body dysmorphia, sex and sexuality issues
