About me and my therapy practice
Some of my training and professional experience includes modalities such as Cognitive Behavioural Psychotherapy, Counselling, EMDR, CBT-E, FBT-AN, ACT, and CFT. I take a holistic/integrative approach with each individual person seeking therapy and we collaboratively agree how we are going to work together to achieve your own therapeutic aims. I work using evidence based theory applied to real world situations in a compassionate way.

My first session
We will use the first session to clarify what it is that brings you to therapy, what it is you want to work through, and collaboratively define what your aims are.
