About me and my therapy practice

I offer short-term and open-ended Existential psychotherapy face-to-face in Brighton (UK), and online throughout the UK.

My practice primarily focuses on working with people who have:

experienced interpersonal adversity and trauma.

concerns around their families, relationships, social connections and/or sexual lives.

existential concerns and experienced life crises.

Many of my clients are from neurodivergent and LGBTQ+ communities, and I also have a background in working with people who have societal, institutional and interpersonal experiences of trauma, discrimination and prejudice based on their gender, race, ethnicity, and sexuality.

Existential psychotherapy focuses on exploring your lived experiences; the contexts and encounters that shape your understanding of your body, sense of self, relationships with others, and the world around you.

Through a collaborative dialogue, we will explore your dilemmas, confront the challenges you are facing in your life, and make sense of relationships with your past, present and future.

In the therapy, we will aim to find greater insight, build the internal resources you need to make the changes you want to see in your life, and build new forms of relationships with yourself and others.
