You may or may not have made your mind up if therapy is for you - if you have, let me give you some reassurance around the safe and ethical way that I work - I operate by telephone, online, "walk and talk" and in person out of my safe and comfortable rooms in Hove ( opp Tesco - Church rd). 

Big news - I now have use of 10 newly refurbished rooms in the heart of Brighton's Lanes ( Ship St) - so if you live or work in central Brighton this could be the place for you.

I believe my long career and life experience before I became a counsellor is just as useful to you as my learned skills. I spent 20 years in public service and central government in many roles and spent a decade as a lay Trades Union official – Although not identical to counselling, It shared many of the traits such as listening proactively, confidentiality and what I now know as the core conditions: Unconditional Positive Regard, Empathy and Congruence. I also spent 15 years working in the Private sector for a Large US company – so if you have work-related issues, I have a wealth of experience to help you.

Recently added "Walk and Talk" therapy to my offering - Brighton and area or Sutton (Surrey) only.

Concorde Counselling is a general Counselling Service, it is in effect just myself  - based out of comfortable, safe surroundings in Hove. I am a fully qualified and insured counsellor. I am a member of the Ïã¸ÛÁùºÏ²Ê¾«×¼×ÊÁÏ(membership no. available on request).

We offer a Skilled ear and safe environment for those with issues:

Anxiety & Panic Attacks, PTSD/Trauma, Addiction, Life, Social and Employment issues, Bereavement/Grief and generally all the pressures that life can throw at us all.

I am currently helping several clients through Long Covid.

I offer limited or unlimited therapy - 50 minutes in duration - in person, Online and telephone.

I accept electronic transfer and EAP insurance.

Supervised by a senior therapist with 20 years experience.

I offer a free 30 minute "get to know you" session by telephone.

At the first "proper" session we will work towards a business ,but more importantly a therapeutic contract to mutually how we will work together in a safe and  ethical way.

We will work at your pace and to your agenda at all times.
