About me and my therapy practice
Does a relationship in your life feel stuck, painful or hard to navigate?
Maybe the relationship you have with yourself is getting you down?
You may be feeling lost and confused, torturing yourself in how to move forwards and what you should do next. You’re fed up living life based on others’ rules but it’s scary for you to think about making changes, even though it’s what you desperately want. You have a sense that there is more out there for you but you’re unsure how to get there and how to escape what is familiar.
If this is your experience we can work through these feelings together. I strongly believe everyone has a voice that deserves to be heard and I've seen over and over how life changing counselling can be.
Practice description
In our sessions we will help you to come home to yourself. To heal, reconnect and to start living your life through your heart, on your own terms. I offer you a safe and accepting space to just be you, and to share your story confidentially at your own pace, discovering ways forwards that make sense to you.
I see your uniqueness, and diverse identities and experiences as aspects of you to celebrate and cherish, offering trauma-informed, LGBTQIA+ affirmative, anti-racist, anti-oppressive counselling.
We can hold your sessions in room within my practice in Clapham and Wimbledon, and as a trained remote therapy practitioner I can work with you wherever you are in the UK, through secure online platforms and telephone.
There's a lot more information on my website if you'd like to find out more! If what you've read resonates with you, do get in touch with me - I'll be happy to hear from you and answer any questions you have.
