About me and my therapy practice
Does anxiety stop you from ever feeling free, or convince you that you aren't "good enough"? Is there a critic in your head who doesn't like anything you do? Perhaps you’re feeling low or hopeless, or finding it hard to cope with a loss or other difficult life experience.
It can feel like things will be that way forever, but life can be better.
Starting counselling might seem scary, but it’s not about being judged or analysed. My first focus is on really hearing and understanding you. Then together we can start gently exploring your experience with compassion and curiosity, and find a way through. Whether you would like practical techniques or a space to speak honestly and openly, we can tailor sessions to work for you.
I offer a free 20 minute Zoom session so we can meet each other and you can decide if you want to start counselling. Counselling sessions are available online via Zoom or in person near Coleford.
Practice description
I’m trained in Integrative counselling, which means a blend of different approaches to therapy. This means we may talk about how your thoughts and feelings interact and affect you, about life experiences that might have had an impact on you, or use creativity to represent your world.
Please note my practice room is upstairs.
