We will work at your own pace in a safe, non-judgemental environment. I understand you may be nervous but you can always have the half an hour initial consultation then see if you are ready. 

I work as a person-centred, humanistic therapist but also integrate other methods as needed such as CBT, Mindfulness, Play Therapy (Children), etc.

I regularly work with children, teens and adults with ADHD and/or Autism. I have personal and professional experience with neurodivergence and understand how it can affect any age.

ADHD, Autism and Neurodivergence are more than the brief clips you might see on social media. People can have different aspects, which others may not display. Obviously there will be a lot of behavioural similarities, but..... figuring out the best way for you to function in a world that isn't quite designed for neurodivergence, can be helpful.

Qualified & Experienced Supervisor

My Private Practice consists of Clients, Supervisees, Trainees, and providing reports/assessments when requested from various agencies. 

I believe that supervision should be a collaborative relationship between supervisor and supervisee and often get asked what my style of supervision is...

I find that a relaxed, calm, friendly environment allows supervisees to talk about their client workload and also any personal issues that may arise. Not everyone talks about personal issues, but it can be useful to know it is there.

I have a BSc (Hons) in Psychology and an MSc in Counselling & Psychotherapy which have been extremely useful in my own client work.

Experience with ADHD, Autism, Neurodivergence, Anxiety, Child and Teen issues, Behavioural issues, Sexualised Behaviour, LGBTQ+, Post Adoption, Bereavement, Abuse and more.

I currently provide supervision face to face in my office at Brewery Lane, Leigh, WN7 2RJ. Also online and via phone.

Fees: £60 for an hour and £70 for 1.5 hours.
