I offer affordable therapy for counselling and psychotherapy trainees. All sessions are £40.

I am able to cater specifically to the requirements of your training and personal needs, while keeping the cost low throughout your training.

About me and my therapy practice

I specialise in supporting individuals struggling with neurodiversity or attachment difficulties, mood and anxiety disorders, depression, identity, life transitions, relationship breakdowns and bereavement. I provide a confidential and informal space in which to explore life events, (past and present), unravel difficult emotions and understand relational issues. I utilise creativity, diverse art mediums, and varied relaxation techniques (such as mindfulness, breath control and body awareness) to facilitate management of trauma, transformation of unhelpful behaviours and control of negative thinking patterns in order to improve emotional wellbeing and promote personal growth.

Practice description

I am co-founder or NeuroTribe UK - a mental health and wellbeing organisation for neurodiverse and culturally diverse communities. 

As an attachment-based art psychotherapist with many years experience in varied mental health and educational settings (both mainstream and alternative) and with a number of adoption agencies/social services, I have extensive experience working with the impact of both neurodiversity and attachment issues .

I currently offer discounted rates for counselling students and therapy trainees requiring personal therapy as a requirement of their training.

My first session

I offer a free 15 minute advice call. 

This is a preliminary telephone consultation to discuss your situation and assess your requirements, and for us to find out if we would be a good fit to work together.

About me and my therapy practice

I offer creative and reflective supervision for fellow mental health professionals, from varied modalities and backgrounds. 

I provide supervision in small, closed groups or individual sessions, for both qualitied professionals and trainees/students.

I facilitate CPD workshops to develop creative techniques and interventions that can prevent sessions form getting stuck and reflective practice skills to support creativity for practitioners through guided self-reflection and creative exercises to expand self-awareness and creative capacity.

​Creative supervision is suitable for any Mental Health practitioners who are seeking a reflective supervision that offers a unique combination of the experiential and theoretical to support their current case load and personal professional development.

​Current supervisees include qualified and student therapists/psychotherapists, counsellors, play therapists, dance movement therapists, and practitioners from social service and educational settings - social workers, teachers, youth workers, SENCO's, mentors and life coaches.
