About me and my therapy practice
I provide a non-judgemental and safe space for all of my clients to explore whatever they choose. Having a trusting and open relationship with my clients allows you to find your own tools to guide you forward and achieve your desired goals and healing.
Practice description
I work online offering sessions via Zoom as well as telephone sessions.
My first session
Once I have received your Referral Form we can arrange a 30 minute free assessment appointment which will take place via telephone. This gives you the opportunity to let me know what you would like from counselling and to ask any questions that you may have so that you can decide if you feel I would be a good fit as your counsellor.

I am a qualified Clinical Supervisor who supports both trainee and qualified Counsellors in their practice. I am a person-centred practitioner with an integrative approach embedded into my work.
​I provide a supportive, yet challenging space where you can get the most out of your supervision for the benefit of yourself and your clients.
Practice description
I can offer both short and long-term sessions to support your practice in at various stages of your counselling journey. Sessions can be fortnightly, monthly or on an ad-hoc basis dependent on individual needs
I am available for both individual and group supervision sessions with group sessions being charged by the hour and divided by the number of supervisees.
My first session
I offer a free 30 minute consultation which can be held via telephone or Zoom to explore your needs and how we can work together.
