Your first session begins with a warm welcome, during which I’ll introduce myself and give you a brief overview of my background and therapeutic approach.
We will then move into discussing what has led you to seek therapy and any specific symptoms or issues you’d like to address. We’ll explore the changes you hope to make in your life and what you aim to achieve through therapy.
With your comfort and consent we may also explore your life history, including childhood experiences, education, relationships, work, and family.

Whether you choose the free 30-minute session or the 50-minute paid session, you will receive the Consent & Confidentiality (C&C) document. After reading the C&C, you are welcome to ask any questions, which I will be happy to answer. Once everything is clear, please kindly sign the document and send it back to me.
