About me and my therapy practice

I am a Person-centred Counsellor, offering a space for people to process difficult thoughts and emotions.

I have experience working with issues relating to fostering and adoption, drugs and alcohol, and ex-offenders, as well as those dealing with bereavement, loss, depression, anxiety or abuse.

I also work with counselling students.

I work in an accepting and flexible way, keeping your needs at the forefront at all times.

My first session

I offer a free 30 minute introductory session to enable both parties to assess the working relationship
