My first session
Should you decide to proceed, our initial consultation will be a comprehensive 75-minute session. During this time, we will delve deeper into your reasons for seeking therapy and explore your personal goals for our work together. This in-depth conversation is crucial for me to gain a thorough understanding of your unique experiences and challenges.
Additionally, we will conduct an assessment that allows me to gain insight into your current emotional and mental well-being. This assessment is a collaborative process, providing a roadmap for our therapeutic journey and helping to identify areas that may require focused attention.
Investment in Your Well-being:
The cost for the initial 75-minute consultation is £115. Sessions thereafter are £90. I believe that investing in your well-being is an invaluable step towards a more fulfilling and empowered life.
