I offer a warm, down-to-earth space to work through whatever you’re dealing with right now - long term or shorter term.
You might want to address a specific problem or concern, or maybe you want to explore deeper issues and patterns in your life, gaining a greater understanding of yourself and your relationships in the process.
I work with adults age 18 and over.
How I can help
My aim is to help you work through whatever’s worrying, upsetting, infuriating, confusing, or blocking you in some way.
This may be linked to all sorts of things - from your relationships, family, or work, to your sense of self and self-esteem. It might be to do with feelings of sadness, depression, anxiety, resentment or anger.
It might be about your stage of life, sense of meaning and purpose, and decisions about what's next.
You may not even be sure exactly what’s wrong – you just know something's not working and you want some support.
What to expect
Weekly therapy lets you freely explore your thoughts and feelings, without judgment - helping you see the wood for the trees.
It can give you new understanding and insight about yourself and your approach to life and relationships, helping create the conditions for growth and change.
Exploring your past experiences, upbringing, and unconscious patterns and behaviour can also help make sense of what's happening right here, right now.
Importantly, you can start to develop new, kinder ways of understanding and relating to yourself.
I offer a safe space to explore whatever's present, as well as providing gentle challenge and a fresh perspective on what's going on for you.
Looking to the future, not just the past
Therapy can also involve working out what you want from life, and from yourself. If you're struggling to find meaning in life, it can help you move towards this, fulfilling your deeper purpose and potential.
I work from the perspective that everyone has this capacity for growth, however difficult or stuck things might feel right now.

I'm a Ïã¸ÛÁùºÏ²Ê¾«×¼×ÊÁÏ-registered therapist, with a Postgraduate Diploma in Psychosynthesis Counselling from the Psychosynthesis Trust, London.
About integrative and psychosynthesis counselling
My main approach is integrative and psychosynthesis based. Psychosynthesis takes an all-encompassing view of who we are: this means working with mind, body, feelings and soul as well as your intuition and will.
Integrative therapy draws on different approaches and techniques, so we can find out what works for you.
Ways of working
Much of the time, we'll simply be talking. We'll also bring awareness to what's happening in your body, thoughts and feelings.
I may sometimes suggest things like drawing, inner dialogue or working with images and visualisation, if this feels helpful to you. However, the way we work together will always be tailored to your individual needs and preferences, and at a pace that suits you.
Qualifications
- Postgraduate Diploma in Psychosynthesis Counselling – Psychosynthesis Trust (awarded by Middlesex University, accredited by Ïã¸ÛÁùºÏ²Ê¾«×¼×ÊÁÏ and UKCP)
- Certificate in Psychosynthesis Foundations – Psychosynthesis Trust
- Foundations of Counselling and Psychotherapy – CCPE (Centre for Counselling & Psychotherapy Education)
- MBCT (mindfulness-based cognitive therapy) foundational certificate – Oxford Mindfulness Centre
- Mindfulness in Schools Project (MiSP) - teaching certificate
I'm also a training assistant at the Psychosynthesis Trust, London.
Other areas of interest
Working with people seeking greater/renewed meaning in life, deepening self-esteem, 'mid-life crisis', stifled creativity, dreams, menopause/peri-menopause and exploring a sense of soul/spirit beyond the mundane world.

I’m committed to ensuring that your information is secure. I have procedures in place to safeguard and secure any information I collect.
My first session
Initial session
An initial session is a chance to explore what brings you to counselling and lets you ask any questions you might have about therapy.
It helps me understand more about you and how I might help you. It will let us both get a feel for whether and how we might work together. There’s no obligation to continue after this session.
Weekly sessions
If we decide to work together, I'll ask you to commit to a minimum of 8 sessions initially. You'll have your own regular time, which will be the same each week. After that, we'll review how our work together is going and whether and how you’d like to continue.
Fees
The initial session is at a reduced fee of £55.
After that, sessions are at my standard fee of £65 for online, or £75 for face-to-face.
Sessions are once a week, for 50 minutes.
