About me and my therapy practice
I am a trauma-informed Relational Transactional Analysis (TA) Psychotherapist and Psychotherapeutic Counsellor registered with the Ïã¸ÛÁùºÏ²Ê¾«×¼×ÊÁÏ, and I am also an Accredited clinical member of the United Kingdom Council for Psychotherapists (UKCP).
As a specialist in transactional analysis I am a clinical member of the European Association of Transactional Analysis (EATA) and the International Association of Relational Transactional Analysis (IARTA) as well.
How do I work?
We all have times when life can become overwhelming due to many factors such as family and relationship stresses, work place issues, career transitions, and major life changes, including loss and bereavement.
This is why many people turn to therapy for a calm, safe, supportive space, and to gain effective tools to manage better and process life’s challenges and work situations confidentially.
I believe in working with my clients by providing an empowering and non-judgemental view, and use a variety of approaches and tools integrated to suit the individual.
My holistic approach has proven to be effective in helping my clients to come to terms with their challenges and move through ‘feeling stuck’ and disempowered, compounded by stress, or trauma, and other factors e.g., anxiety and depression, and to transform to feeling more grounded and empowered. Living life rather than simply ‘suffering and surviving’.
Using Relational TA psychotherapy, counselling tools, mindfulness based cognitive therapy skills (MBCT), body awareness, creative writing, and human potential coaching, I am dedicated to helping my clients generate self-awareness, acceptance, and self-power, whilst transforming their quality of life, work, and relationships.
